This high performance tipping trailer features a Samson KM2700 liquid ring vacuum pump piped for suction only, the product is pressure discharged by using a Jurop RV360 vacuum pump, this pump can also be used for vacuum loading of products which need to be loaded at a slower rate than the liquid ring allows. For this reason the trailer is equipped with a 6” inlet, 6” outlet but also a 3” inlet and 3” outlet. All functions including the opening rear door and tipping are hydraulic powered via a JCB powermax engine which complies to the latest emission regulations required The tank is manufacture from 316 stainless steel and is completed in a highly polished finish which is done in house by Rtn Clayton Vallely and is offered on any of our product range, it complies to ADR tank code L4BH and includes 3 x 500mm manway access points with full tank top walkway and handrail.
